Absolutely! Whether you’re brand new to strength training or coming back after some time off, the workouts are designed to meet you where you are. Each exercise comes with video demos, form notes, and modifications so you can progress at your own pace with confidence.
Yes! Every workout can be done at home with minimal equipment. You don’t need a fancy gym setup—just a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, or whatever you already have. If you do have access to a gym, you’ll be able to use that too, but it’s not required.
At minimum, a pair of dumbbells is enough to get started. Bands, a bench, or a stability ball are nice extras, but not mandatory. The app gives you options for substitutions so you can get a great workout with whatever you have on hand.

Hi, I’m Morgane
I help women, especially moms, who want to feel strong in their bodies again. Fitness didn’t come naturally to me. After having kids, I realized I wanted more for myself. More energy, more strength, and a body I felt at home in again.
I’m certified in personal training and nutrition through NASM. I’ve been in a place many women find themselves. Tired, stretched thin, and wanting change without knowing where to begin. My focus is on helping women lose fat, rebuild muscle, and follow a realistic and supportive plan.
Now I coach women who feel stuck with their energy, their routines, or their confidence. I’m not here to push extremes or sell perfection. I’m here to help you build something real. Something sustainable. Something that makes you feel proud when you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror. Not just because of how you look, but because of how you're showing up.
